Recruitment Criteria
As long you have completed your A’ Levels, you are eligible to teach at Prime Academy. We only require you to have a strong grip on your subjects, along with proficient interpersonal skills, not a fancy degree or a long list of work experiences.
According to our policy, each employee is required to spend At least 4 Hours on the Campus on all Working Days. Moreover, the salary package varies depending up on experience and competence. You can contact us for further details.
Our Preferences
To ensure that teachers can connect on a deeper level with our students, we prefer individuals who:
- Teach combination of 2 or more subjects.
- Are seeking full-time employment.
- Have recently completed their O/A’ Levels.
- Have Public Speaking Experience.
- Have an Extroverted Personality.
- Are of Young Age (< 25 years)
